About us

Shopen Group s.r.o. was founded in 2012. We specialise in selling and distributing travel luggage. We run our own Bagalio online shops in 17 EU countries and offer wholesale partnerships to businesses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We bring proven brands from around the world to our markets and provide readily available after-sales service for them.

Our company continues to evolve, and we are delighted to see it. Our foundations remain the same: clearly defined values, a customer-focused culture and a personal approach. As from day one, customer satisfaction matters most to us. We do business fairly and aim to buy and sell as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

We strive to follow the core principles of corporate social responsibility.
